By accessing SantosMods.dev, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Site Purpose

SantosMods.dev shares FiveM maps, GTA V YMAP resources, SantosMods.dev projects, partners, community links, and development work. The site links to downloads, communities, and services hosted by third parties.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass Cloudflare, Turnstile, rate limits, access controls, or security protections.
• Do not scrape, overload, probe, scan, attack, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not misrepresent your relationship with SantosMods.dev or its partners.

Cloudflare Protection

We use Cloudflare for domain, DNS, reverse proxy, bot protection, and security services. Cloudflare challenges, filters, rate limits, or blocks requests tied to bots, abuse, or unsafe traffic.

Hosting Provider

We use ServerCheap as our VPS host provider. ServerCheap provides server services from servercheap.com. ServerCheap controls hosting availability, routing, and server operation.

Downloads and Third-Party Platforms

Some SantosMods.dev projects, files, communities, and partner resources live on third-party platforms such as Discord, GitHub, LCPDFR.com, GTA5-Mods.com, TheDevHub, or partner websites. Those platforms set their own terms, privacy policies, account rules, moderation rules, file access, and download requirements.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, SantosMods.dev branding, page content, layout, and original project descriptions belong to SantosMods.dev or the applicable rights holder. GTA V, FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Discord, Cloudflare, ServerCheap, and other names remain the property of their respective owners.

No Official Affiliation

SantosMods.dev is not Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, FiveM, Cloudflare, or ServerCheap. References to third-party names are for identification, compatibility, infrastructure, or link context.

No Warranty

We provide the site as available. We do not guarantee uptime, error free pages, secure third-party services, download access, or fit for your server setup.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SantosMods.dev is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-data damages arising from your use of the site, linked downloads, third-party platforms, or external services.

Changes

We update these terms when the site, infrastructure, content, providers, or legal rules change. Continued site use means you accept the updated terms.
