Information We Collect

When you visit SantosMods.dev, your browser sends request data. This includes your IP address, browser user agent, requested page, referrer header, request time, and security check results.

We collect your IP address for request handling, security checks, abuse prevention, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification. We do not store your raw IP address in the SantosMods.dev site database or long term application logs. The server keeps a temporary rate limit key in memory. This key slows abusive traffic without keeping your raw IP address.

Cloudflare

We use Cloudflare for domain, DNS, reverse proxy, security, and bot protection. Cloudflare sits between you and our origin server. Cloudflare processes traffic before SantosMods.dev receives your request.

Cloudflare Turnstile and Cloudflare security services process signals such as IP address, TLS fingerprint, user agent header, site key, and visited origin. Cloudflare uses those signals for bot detection and site protection. Cloudflare stores data under its own privacy, security, and retention policies.

Cloudflare documentation says proxied traffic shows Cloudflare IP addresses to the origin server by default. Cloudflare headers provide the visitor IP. SantosMods.dev uses this information for security and request handling.

Hosting Provider

We use ServerCheap as our VPS host provider. ServerCheap provides server services from servercheap.com. Hosting providers process server, network, and infrastructure data to run their service. ServerCheap controls its own data practices through its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Cookies and Verification

SantosMods.dev sets a short term verification cookie after you complete a security check. This cookie remembers your browser passed the check. Cloudflare also uses security cookies for bot detection.

Third-Party Links

The site links to Discord, GitHub, LCPDFR.com, GTA5-Mods.com, TheDevHub, partner websites, and other external platforms. Those websites are not controlled by SantosMods.dev. Their privacy policies apply when you visit or use them.

How We Use Information

• To load pages and site assets.
• To protect the site against bots, spam, denial-of-service attempts, and abuse.
• To verify Cloudflare Turnstile responses.
• To troubleshoot uptime, security, and delivery problems.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not run behavioral ad tracking on SantosMods.dev.
• We do not store your raw IP address in the SantosMods.dev site database.
• We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this site.

Data Requests

SantosMods.dev does not run user accounts on this site. We do not store raw visitor IP addresses in a site database. If you send a privacy request, we review the records we control.

Changes

We update this Privacy Policy when the site, infrastructure, providers, or legal rules change. The date at the top shows the last revision.
