WARNING: Some features such as traffic paths and node behavior may not function in Singleplayer.

Features

• Construction Vehicles
  Dump trucks, bulldozers, and other heavy equipment populate the area to create a realistic work-zone environment.

• Cranes
  A large red construction crane dominates the skyline above the motel.

• Adjusted Barriers
  Three front-entrance barriers have been removed, allowing full vehicle access and improved usability for gameplay or roleplay.

• Environmental Details
  Additional props, fencing, clutter, and construction elements enhance immersion while preserving the natural Sandy Shores style.
