By accessing SantosMods.dev or using any associated services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Usage Rights

All YMAPs, scripts, EUP packaging, and visual effects including DAT file edits are provided for personal or FiveM server use only.

Redistribution, resale, or re-uploading of any SantosMods.dev content is strictly prohibited. You may not modify or repackage our work for resale, claim authorship, or distribute edited versions without written permission.

2. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided under any circumstance.

Payments are not processed directly through the SantosMods.dev website. Purchases must be completed through the official Discord or approved payment platforms.

Proof of purchase may be required for support, updates, or file delivery. SantosMods.dev reserves the right to change product pricing or access at any time. Products currently offered for free may become paid without notice.

3. Licensing

Licenses are bound to the purchasing individual or a single server instance. Licenses may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

License abuse, redistribution, or unauthorized public distribution will result in immediate access termination without refund.

SantosMods.dev reserves the right to revoke access to any product at its discretion. Unauthorized mirroring or commercial use may result in blacklisting and DMCA enforcement.

4. Liability

All YMAPs, scripts, EUP packages, and effects are provided "as is" without guarantee of compatibility or performance.

SantosMods.dev is not responsible for issues caused by third-party scripts, mods, or server configurations. Installation and integration remain the responsibility of the user or server owner.

5. Enforcement and Updates

Violations may result in permanent suspension, DMCA enforcement, or legal escalation.

SantosMods.dev reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the most current version.
